Terms & Conditions 477duit – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Terms

This Terms & Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between the 477duit platform ("we", "477duit") and each individual ("member", "you") who uses the website, mobile application or any services provided by 477duit.

By accessing the 477duit website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any of the platform's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document, as well as 477duit's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

• Location: You must access the platform from a location where use of this service does not violate applicable local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of the platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Non-Employees: 477duit employees, their immediate family members, and individuals with a direct professional relationship to the platform's operations are not permitted to become active members.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 477duit. Owning more than one account — whether registered under your own name, a family member living at the same address, or a third party's details — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of funds.

By registering, you agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. 477duit reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any time. Inaccurate or false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in that account.

• Your username and password are chosen during registration and can be changed at any time through your account settings
• A valid Malaysian phone number is required for OTP verification during registration
• A valid email address is required for communications and account recovery
• You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date if any changes occur
• Registering using another person's information without their consent constitutes identity fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities

Account security is solely your responsibility. 477duit will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

To withdraw funds, members must complete the Identity Verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal can be processed. This is an industry-standard procedure to prevent money laundering and protect the security of your account.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction
• Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases approved by 477duit

• Bets confirmed by the system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by members
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate the payout — any odds changes after confirmation do not affect existing bets
• Bets placed after a match has started without explicit live betting authorisation will be voided and funds returned
• If a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from its original scheduled time, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded, unless the match is completed within the timeframe specified by 477duit
• Significant errors in odds that clearly deviate from the current market may result in 477duit voiding the affected bets, even after the match result is known
• Maximum bet limits per match and per market are as displayed on the platform at the time you place your bet

For live in-play betting, betting limits may differ from those applied to pre-match bets. 477duit reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time based on developments during the match.

All casino games on 477duit — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots and poker — operate using certified random number generators (RNG) or with real live dealers. Game fairness is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• The outcome of all casino games is final once the round is completed and recorded by the system
• Any technical disruption affecting gameplay will be investigated and resolved based on system records — not solely on the claims of members
• The use of automated software, bots, or any tool that makes decisions without direct human player involvement is strictly prohibited
• Using card counting software at live blackjack tables is a violation of our terms and may result in account closure
• Minimum and maximum table betting limits are as displayed at each casino table before you join

• 477duit's maximum liability to any member in any circumstance is limited to the total funds held in that member's account at the time the claim is made

If you believe there is an error in the calculation of your winnings or payout, you must contact the 477duit support team within 72 hours of the relevant transaction. Claims submitted after this period may not be processed.
